Odors can be a problem

Have you ever wanted to help your yard smell better?

Sometimes with pets and other things going on in the yard, the odors and smells are just a little bit noxious.

There is hope

With the advent of the new scented dish and laundry soaps, you can change your environment when you need to. Diluted soaps like Dawn or Tide(sensations) liquid laundry soap, you can spray your yard down and eliminate odors.

What I do

I just fill up a gallon jug with water and add 1/8 cup of scented soap to it. I either use a siphoner that I attach to the end of the hose, a hose end sprayer with some of the solution in it, or I use the fingertip method for delivering the solution to my yard.

If petsare present, just spray it around the yard and do a "rinse off" where the pets walk. Your yard will smell better immediately. The scent from some of the new soaps lasts for a week or more and a lot are scented with garden scents, so they fit right in.

The fingertip method of material delivery will also help with lawn fertilizer, either liquid or granulated, grass seeds and anything else you might want to spray onto your yard.
