• Mackeral with vegetables and rice

    I use this dish several times a week. First you will need cans of mackeral and cans of mixed vegetables.

    Just take 1/3 can of mixed vegetables per 1/3 can of fish you are going to make. Place in blender and add 1/3 can of hand crushed mackeral. Add a little water and some other additives(see additive page) and blend till it mushes.

    This mush will be poured over your remaining can of fish that you set aside.

    Mix your remaining can of mackeral with a few tablespoons of rice. Put the mix on a plate and pour the fish/vegetables mush over it.
